Cricket Wagga Wagga is a great competition to play in. Even though the competition only has 6 teams this means that you get to know your opposition. There’s also a representative team too which means you get the opportunity to play with the other players in the competition and play against other cricket associations. There also is a good mix of seniors and juniors in Wagga cricket. There’s a friendly but competitive nature in Wagga cricket meaning everyone tries to win the game but play this in a fair nature. Wagga as a place is quite small but a close town. You very quickly meet a large range of different people and everyone is very welcoming.

Cricket wagga has been a real hard competitive league for local country cricket. With the league having six first grade teams, this leaves the standard to a high level throughout the season with every game being a challenge against familiar faces. I have really enjoyed my time in Wagga and playing cricket in the competition has made Wagga feel like home. Having the advantage of playing against familiar faces makes it very enjoyable but tough on the field to demand the best out of myself to succeed every game. Having the opportunity to play representative men’s games for Wagga has been awesome in building new friendships and connections with players across other teams in the competition. I would highly recommend any Overseas cricketers to come play In Wagga.
